39. Every person who interferes with or hinders a person authorized or designated under section 34, 34.0.2, 39.2 or 41 in the performance of his duties is guilty of an offence and liable to a fine of not less than $125 nor more than $1,225.

39. Every person who interferes with or hinders a police officer, investigator or inspector duly authorized under this Act in the performance of his duties is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $1 000.

39. Any person who interferes with or hinders any investigator or inspector duly authorized under this act to investigate any infringement of this act, or to make any search, examination or seizure, in the normal performance of his duties, is guilty of an offence and liable, in addition to costs, to a fine of one hundred dollars for each offence.
